Arrive provides a hosted guest Wi-Fi sign-in page, welcome guide and related tools that connect to your UniFi gateway. It is offered free while in early access, without an uptime guarantee or support commitment, and we may change or end it with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for your account, the people you add, and the properties you connect. Provide accurate information and keep your password and UniFi API keys safe. You must have the right to configure the networks you connect.
You decide what to collect from your guests and why. You are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf to run the service. You are responsible for telling guests how you use their information, for honoring opt-outs, and for complying with laws that apply to you, including privacy, marketing email and text-message rules. We provide consent tools but do not give legal advice.
The AI concierge and setup assistant can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish and for the knowledge you give the concierge. Do not rely on it for emergencies, and do not put door codes, passwords or other secrets in the notes it can share with guests.
Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, collect information deceptively, harass people, or interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.
The early-access plan is free for up to 2 locations. If we introduce fees we will tell you well in advance and you can leave first.
You keep ownership of your content and guest list and can export or delete it at any time. We may delete data after an account closes.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which may be zero).
