About 20 minutes for a UniFi Cloud Gateway.
Sign in at unifi.ui.com, open Settings → Control Plane → Integrations and choose Create API Key. Copy it somewhere safe. You will paste it once into Arrive.
In Arrive choose Add a property. Enter the name guests see, the address, and the exact guest network name. Paste the API key, press Find consoles, pick your gateway and save. We check the connection before saving.
In the UniFi Network app go to Settings → Hotspot → Guest Hotspot. Set Authentication to External Portal Server, and enter the portal address shown on your property’s page. Add that address to Pre-Authorization Allowances so the sign-in page can load. Optionally set the Success Landing Page to your welcome page link (also shown on your property’s page).
On a phone, forget the guest network, then join it. The sign-in page should open by itself. Submit the form and you should be online and see yourself in Guests. If you see a 422 error, the phone was not flagged as a guest: forget the network and join again.
Open Welcome signs, print the QR sign for your property, and put it where guests will see it.
