Customers are the people who sign up to run the service. Guests are the people who connect to a customer’s Wi-Fi.
Name, email, company name, password (stored only as a salted hash), the properties and settings you configure, and the UniFi API keys you provide (stored on our server and used only to talk to your gateway).
On a customer’s behalf we process what the customer chooses to ask for, such as name, email, phone and answers to their questions, plus the device’s network (MAC) address, the network name and connection times. We do not record the websites guests visit. Each customer’s guest data is kept separate and visible only to that customer’s team.
To run, secure and improve the service, send account emails, and, if a customer enables it, send guests a one-time welcome message. We never sell personal information and we do not use guest data for our own marketing.
We use hosting, email-delivery and AI providers to run the service. AI features use Anthropic’s Claude. The setup assistant sends a property’s address and the notes the customer types to draft local recommendations. The concierge sends a guest’s question, their last few messages in that chat, and the customer’s knowledge to the provider to write an answer; it does not send the guest’s name, email or phone number, but a guest could type personal details into a message. Providers process this to return a result and we do not use it to train models.
Guest questions and the concierge’s answers are stored so the property can review them and improve its answers. They are visible only to that customer’s team and are deleted when the account is closed or on request.
Customers can export or delete their guest data at any time. Guests can ask the property that runs the Wi-Fi to delete their information, or contact us and we will pass the request on. We delete customer data after an account is closed.
