Stonewall Guests guest Wi-Fi ยท updated 2026-10-11
Who we are
Stonewall Guests (Stonewall, Berkeley) provides this guest Wi-Fi. This policy explains what we collect when you connect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- The name and email address you enter.
- Your device's network (MAC) address, the Wi-Fi network name, and the date and time you connected.
- Whether you opted in to marketing, and which offers on the welcome page you tapped.
We do not record the websites you visit or what you do online.
Why we collect it
- To let you onto the Wi-Fi, to recognize your device when you return, and to keep the network secure and running.
- If a welcome email is turned on, to send you one thank-you message shortly after you first connect.
- If you tick the optional box, to send you occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
Who sees it
Only us and the service providers that host the portal and send our emails, who may use it only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising by others.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up records until you ask us to delete them (or, for marketing, until you unsubscribe), so we can recognize returning guests and keep a record of consent.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email privacy@cabrillowest.com.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
